Not unexpected and perfectly logical—the only person who has been charged with Tupac Shakur’s murder will have to cool his jets a bit longer at High State State Prison.

Judge Carli Kierny has delayed Keffe D’s trial until August of next year at the defense’s request.

Keffe’s attorneys have only been on board since August and I thought at the time that it would be a challenge to go through all the discovery before the trial then scheduled for February.
